    冬瓜皮可以和西瓜皮、黄瓜皮一起凉拌做成“鲜拌三皮”。西瓜皮200克,黄瓜皮200克,冬瓜皮200克。将西瓜皮刮去蜡质外皮,冬瓜皮刮去绒毛硬质外皮,与黄瓜皮一起,在开水锅内焯一下,待冷却后切成条状,放入少许盐、味精,装盘食用。可经常食用,具有清热利湿、减肥之效。

    每日两次红小豆粥,可作早晚餐食用,久服可利水湿、健脾、减重。具体做法是:红小豆30克,粳米50克。将红小豆、粳米洗净、入锅,加清水煮至米烂成粥。

    此外,燕麦片粥也是降脂减肥的绝佳食品。非常适用于肥胖、高脂血症、冠心病患者及健康者日常保健用。每日一次,早餐服用。做法是:燕麦片50克,将燕麦片放入锅内,加清水待水开时,搅拌煮至熟软,或以牛奶250毫升与燕麦片煮粥即可。
