Abstract: HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is the most effective method for food quality control, and approved by international organization. Application of HACCP system in health food production can benefit health food quality’s control. This paper investigated the application of HACCP in small and medium-sized enterprise, and the condition of products’ structure, human resources, and rules and regulations. The effects of GMP and HACCP in the health products’ enterprise were discussed.
